Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the market and had the needed commercial resources/contacts to bring numerous qualified buyers to the shop during a one-day open house. That one open house resulted in a cash sale for more than we anticipated. Ryan was professional and skillful during the negotiations between buyers.
