Ryan Haedrich, CCIM, is one of the most active commercial real estate brokers in the Greater Redding market. He maintains sales and leasing activity that ranks among the highest in the area and is known for managing a high volume of complex assignments for owners, investors, and businesses that value disciplined execution over salesmanship.

Ryan brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate and finance experience, beginning his career as a commercial lender before joining Haedrich & Co. in 2006. He is a graduate of the California Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. This lender-side foundation remains a core differentiator in his brokerage practice, particularly in underwriting, financing structure analysis, valuation, and risk assessment. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Ryan operates with a data-driven, investment-first mindset, advising clients across office, industrial, retail, land, and mixed-use assets. His work frequently involves asset repositioning, sale-leaseback structuring, and transactions where financing, entitlement, and execution risk materially affect value.

Ryan approaches commercial real estate as a long-term advisory discipline, focused on protecting capital, identifying mispriced risk, and executing transactions that perform well beyond closing. He is actively involved in the local business community, having served as Past President of the Rotary Club of Redding West and currently serving as a Board Member of the Redding Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Ryan prioritizes time with his wife and two children and stays active through fly fishing and mountain biking.
