Accessibility statement
We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Here is what we have done, what still falls short, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Our commitment
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
Every color pairing on this site has been measured against WCAG contrast ratios rather than chosen by eye. Where a brand color failed at body size, we use a corrected shade that passes.
The site works from the keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, the skip link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches, and no interaction requires a mouse.
Headings follow a real hierarchy so a screen reader can navigate the page structure.
Images carry alternative text that describes them, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology rather than announced as noise.
Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content or function. Nothing depends on color alone to convey meaning.
Motion respects the reduce motion preference. If your system asks for less animation, this site provides it.
Known limitations
Our property search is provided by Buildout, a third party. We do not control its markup and cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have trouble using it, call any office and a broker will search on your behalf and send you what you need.
Some documents linked from this site, particularly older property flyers, are PDFs that may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide the information in another format.
Articles published before 2026 may not meet current standards in every respect. We are working through them.
