Capital Rivers Commercial Accessibility
Capital Rivers Commercial is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, speech recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.
We believe our website should reflect how we do business. The same standard of care we bring to a transaction applies to how people find and use information about our firm, our properties, and our projects.
Conformance Status
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the widely accepted standard for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Our website is not yet fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working toward it. This statement describes where we stand today, what we are doing about it, and how to reach us if something on the site does not work for you.
What We Are Doing
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. Our current work includes the following.
- A full redesign of this website is underway, with accessibility built into the design and development scope rather than reviewed at the end.
- Reviewing color contrast, text sizing, and readability across the site.
- Improving keyboard navigation, focus visibility, and logical reading order.
- Adding descriptive alternative text to images and meaningful labels to forms, buttons, and links.
- Structuring pages with proper headings so assistive technology can navigate them predictably.
- Testing with automated tools and with manual keyboard and screen reader review.
- Making accessibility part of how we publish new content, not only how we fix old content.
Known Limitations
We want to be straightforward about the areas where our site currently falls short. As of the date below, the following are known.
- Older PDF documents, including some marketing flyers, offering materials, and site plans, may not be tagged for screen reader use.
- Embedded maps and interactive location tools are provided by third parties and may not be fully keyboard accessible.
- Some property listing information, photography, and floor plans are supplied by third parties and may arrive without complete alternative text.
- Certain older news and blog posts may contain images or embedded media that predate our current standards.
- Some third-party embeds, including video players and social media feeds, are outside our direct control.
We are working through these items and will update this statement as they are resolved.
Alternative Formats and Direct Assistance
If any information on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide it another way. That includes property details, marketing materials, site plans, offering documents, project information, and anything else published here. Contact us and a member of our team will walk you through it directly, by phone or by email, or provide the material in a format that works for you.
There is no cost for this, and you do not need to explain why you are asking.
Third-Party Content
Portions of this site rely on services and content provided by other organizations, including mapping, listing data, video hosting, and form tools. We cannot control the accessibility of those services directly. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we will provide the same information through an accessible alternative on request, and we will raise the issue with the vendor.
Tell Us About a Problem
We welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or if you encounter something that does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us. Reports from the people using the site are the most useful information we get.
When you contact us, it helps if you can include the following, though none of it is required.
- The web address of the page where you ran into the problem.
- A short description of what happened and what you were trying to do.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if you know.
We aim to acknowledge every accessibility inquiry within three business days and to tell you what we plan to do about it. If a fix will take longer, we will say so and give you the information you were looking for in the meantime.

If We Have Not Resolved It
If you have contacted us and are not satisfied with our response, please let us know and we will escalate it internally. We would rather hear about a problem twice than not at all.
This statement was last reviewed and updated on August 11, 2026. It will be reviewed again at the launch of our redesigned website and at least annually thereafter.
