Commercial real estate in Redding and the far north.
Shasta County and north to the state line. We didn’t open an office here and hope. We bought the practice that already knew the market.
We acquired the firm that was already here.
Most firms entering a new market open an office and start cold. We acquired the Haedrich Group, a Redding practice with decades of relationships, and kept the people. Our Redding office is growing, and we’re hiring agents who know the North State.
Where we work
Redding
The Hilltop and Dana Drive retail corridors, downtown office, and the industrial along Airport Road.

About the merger
Haedrich & Co. joined Capital Rivers Commercial, and the Redding office now works as Capital Rivers Commercial, Haedrich Group. Chris and Ryan Haedrich continue to lead it.
Did our contacts change?
No. The same people and the same phone numbers. Email addresses and branding changed, and some back-office support runs from the Sacramento office.
What about existing agreements?
Existing contracts and agreements were not affected.
What changed for clients?
More marketing exposure for listings, market reports and data, access to national and regional tenants expanding from Sacramento, and property management in Redding. The office is also part of Realty Resources, a national alliance of independent retail brokerage firms.
