California gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Here is where we stand.
We do not sell your personal information
We have not sold personal information in the past twelve months, and we do not sell it now. We are a commercial real estate brokerage. Our business is representing clients in property transactions, not trading data.
We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is the other thing the law covers under this heading.
So there is nothing to opt out of
That is the honest answer. There is no sale to stop and no sharing to withdraw.

You can still control measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Nothing runs until you accept it, and you can change that at any time.

We honor Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request and no measurement runs. You do not need to do anything else.
Your other rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

You can appoint an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will ask for written proof of that authority.
