Very professional, which to me means knowledge, capability to act in a client’s best interest and having existing staffing and systems to execute the transactions favorably for clients. They have a very personable and capable staff – always pleasant and acting behind the scenes to create a good result for all parties. Outstanding communications during all “pieces” of the process – very helpful and calming to me as a purchaser and once before as a seller. Additionally, they can and do think creatively in problem solving. A rare combination, I think. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a fantastic group of local professionals to work with! Service – I cannot say enough about the services the Haedrich team has provided and continues to provide to our company. We are transplants that relocated to Redding mid last year to pursue the dream of owning our own business as well as rental property.
