Victor-Manuel Saldana

Victor-Manuel Saldana is a Director of Sales and Leasing with Capital Rivers Commercial in the Sacramento office, specializing in retail sales and leasing, tenant representation, and site selection.

Before joining Capital Rivers Commercial, Victor built a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship management while serving as an Events Captain at a five-star resort. In that role, he coordinated staff, executives, and guests for high-profile weddings and corporate retreats, including events for companies such as Google and Facebook. In addition, he worked closely with diverse teams and leadership groups, developing strong time management skills and a people-first approach. Victor holds a Communications degree with a focus in Interpersonal Relationships, along with a minor in History, from Sacramento State. With this background, he approaches client relationships as more than transactional, placing a strong emphasis on follow-through, organization, and building professional friendships. Through these long-term connections, he has developed a trusted network that allows him to access valuable, often hard-to-reach market information that benefits his clients.

Outside of work, Victor previously coached Pop Warner football in his hometown of Saint Helena, leading his team to an undefeated 10-0 season. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, attending live sporting events and concerts, and staying active through weight training and HIIT workouts. Victor has a passion for history and travel, often exploring historic cities and cultural landmarks. A memorable highlight includes touring Europe with his high school jazz choir and watching Spain win the 2010 World Cup on a massive projected screen at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
