Nima Moridi

Nima Moridi is a Director of Investment Sales with Capital Rivers Commercial in the Sacramento office, specializing in multifamily and retail investment sales throughout the Sacramento Metro and Bay Area markets.

With over a decade of real estate brokerage experience, Nima has built his reputation on persistence, strategy, and trust. He focuses on helping investors identify opportunities that align with their financial goals, whether that involves transitioning out of management-intensive assets or pursuing more passive income through 1031 exchanges. In addition, he is known for his clear communication, strong attention to detail, and solutions-oriented mindset. He remains committed to helping clients make informed decisions grounded in market data and long-term planning. To support this approach, Nima continues his professional development through the CCIM Institute and the Massimo Group, ensuring he stays current with industry trends and client service strategies.

After relocating to Folsom in 2025, Nima shifted his professional focus to the Sacramento Metro region, where he continues to build relationships within the local business community. He is active in ProVisors networking and supports local businesses through the Choose Folsom Chamber. Outside of his brokerage work, Nima is involved with several industry and community organizations, including ICSC and ACRE, and currently serves as President of the Folsom Lake Rotary Club. He remains committed to building long-term relationships and contributing to the communities he serves.
