neighborhoods. With over 20 years of commercial property management and
construction experience, she adeptly assists clients with tenant improvements
and build-to-suit processes. She holds the prestigious CCIM designation, is a
member of the ICSC, Chico Builders Association, and serves on the board of the Chico Community Scholarship Association.
Kelsey Watt, MS
Kelsey, a 5th generation Chicoan, grew up near Bidwell Park in her family’s historic 1918 home. With 8+ years in real estate and a Master’s in Business, she brings sharp insight into market trends, data analysis, and project management. She’s led teams at Coldwell Banker and Oliver Luxury Real Estate, trained agents, and managed complex deals. A CSU, Chico alum, Kelsey also co-owns an ag support business serving farmers across the Sacramento Valley.
