About Carrie Welch, CCIM
Carrie started her career in real estate working in development and residential construction with a local Chico firm building New Urbanist neighborhoods. Her 20+ years of commercial property management coupled with the construction experience allows her to help clients through tenant improvement needs or navigate a build-to-suit process.
Carrie holds a prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chico Builders Association, and is a current board member of the Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors.
About Kelsey Watt, MS
Kelsey is a 5th generation Chicoan who grew up on the edge of Bidwell Park in the home her great grandparents bought in 1918 that her family still proudly owns. She is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie and closet nerd that loves unplanned road trips and contract questions. Kelsey has an eclectic background that includes teaching, business, and luxury Real Estate. She is a proud CSUC alumni (go Wildcats!) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business. Most recently, she has worked alongside some of Northern California’s top agents, including managing the Coldwell Banker DuFour office and, before that, the Truckee branch of Oliver Luxury Real Estate (now Corcoran Global Living).
In addition to her love of Real Estate, Kelsey has an immense love of animals. Her favorite pastime includes spoiling her dog, and in 2017, she wrote, introduced, and passed new legislation at a local level furthering protections for Animal Welfare. Kelsey’s diverse background across several functional areas, drive, and creativity make her the perfect professional blend to achieve the absolute best results for her clients.
