We are excited to announce that Capital Rivers Commercial has been selected as the Best Place to Work in 2021 by the Sacramento Business Journal! With all the challenges this year, CRC has focused on building a winning culture that not only can meet those challenges but have fun doing it. By moving into our new 6000-square-foot building mid year, we were able to change how we conducted our daily office life by virtue of the space layout. We added improvements such as an in office gym, relaxation room and unlimited coffee and snacks. We encouraged employee collaboration with an open office layout which was one of the main attractions to purchasing the space we are in now.
Our company’s core values of loyalty, forward thinking, hard work, and passion have been highlighted more this year than any other. We strived to keep a positive attitude with the struggle that COVID-19 brought to the commercial real estate industry. This mindset was what drove our year to be the best one yet. We have been able to add more employees to our team, almost doubling the size of our company.
Our culture and company mindset have been attractive to younger brokers and people new to commercial real estate. From the beginning, our CEO Greg Aguirre knew that culture would be an important part of this company. He has made it a priority committing to the idea of strong values within the company. These values and ideas have been transferred to the employees who also take these ideals to heart.
