Located in the Placer Heights Shopping Center, the fast-growing sandwich brand’s newest location will be owned and operated by multi-unit franchisee Matt and Samantha Haman.
Haedrich & Co., Inc., a professional commercial real estate firm in Redding, California, represented Placer Heights Shopping Center’s ownership group to help facilitate the lease to a Togo’s sandwich shop in the prominent in-line space between Holiday Market and CVS Pharmacy. Togo’s, the nearly 200-unit California based sandwich franchise, will be the only store location in the Redding area.
Togo’s Sandwiches
Togo’s Sandwiches was founded in 1971 in San Jose, California, by a young college student with a large appetite and little money who was looking to make sandwiches the way he liked them — big, fresh, and meaty. Today, that spirit of the founder and the original sandwich shop continues. Like the first days of the brand, Togo’s products are still made with only the highest quality ingredients, including fresh artisan breads, hand-sliced premium pastrami, turkey, and roast beef, as well as Hass avocados hand-mashed in-house daily.
Placer Heights Shopping Center
The ownership group of Placer Heights Shopping Center is excited to work with Matt and Samantha Haman, the franchisee for this new Togo’s location in Redding. The store will add to the strong and desirable tenant mix in the center. The Placer Heights Shopping Center is located on the corner of Placer Street and Buenaventura Blvd in the City of Redding.
