Greg Aguirre is the CEO of Capital Rivers Commercial, a growing and vertically integrated commercial real estate firm that specializes in brokerage, development, and asset management. Aguirre embarked on his commercial real estate career while pursuing a Business Administration/Real Estate and Land Use Affairs degree at Sacramento State (CSUS). During his time at CSUS, he completed several internships with Centex Homes, Grubb & Ellis, and simultaneously completed the coursework required to obtain his real estate license. To cover his expenses (and have some “beer money”), Aguirre devoted his free time to activities such as researching property ownership, visiting the planning department and local title company office, attending planning meetings, and employing various strategies to sell in-fill development property to a local custom home builder.
