Our CEO, Greg Aguirre was interviewed by CBS 13 Sacramento for his take on the West Roseville commercial real estate market and the growth opportunities coming.

With a second Nugget Market opening in the West Roseville area the future is looking bright. Aguirre says, “I think it’s that cluster effect. The more retail you get in development, the more excitement there is, the more in demand there is, and so you get other retailers that follow”. Entering 2021 and the post Covid-19 era, Roseville and surrounding real estate markets have a positive outlook for residential and commercial development.
