With ten years of experience in real estate, Kelsey combines leadership, market insight, and strategic vision to deliver exceptional results in every transaction. Holding a Master’s degree in Business with a focus on leadership, management, and organizational development, she is adept at overseeing complex projects while ensuring flawless execution. Kelsey leverages her strong interpersonal and networking abilities to foster meaningful relationships within the industry, ensuring her clients are always first in line for prime site opportunities. Her expertise in data analysis, local market trends, and cross-functional collaboration enables her to pinpoint client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Throughout her career, Kelsey has worked alongside Northern California’s leading agents, managing the Coldwell Banker DuFour office and previously leading Oliver Luxury Real Estate’s Truckee branch. At Coldwell Banker, she spearheaded agent training and provided continuous education on contracts, compliance, and market updates. Highly skilled in conducting site tours with an in-depth understanding of zoning and site requirements, she negotiates purchase agreements and leases with precision and resolves obstacles swiftly, ensuring deals stay on track. Kelsey is committed to driving strategic development and continuously adapting to meet her clients’ evolving needs. Her proactive problem-solving and client-centric approach ensure seamless transactions and lasting success.
A fourth-generation Chicoan, Kelsey grew up near Bidwell Park in a historic family home purchased by her great-grandparents in 1918. A dedicated alumna of California State University, Chico (Go Wildcats!), she remains deeply connected to her community. Outside of real estate, Kelsey co-owns Gross Truck & Ag Service, a company providing essential agricultural support to farmers throughout the Sacramento Valley. She is an avid reader, exercise enthusiast, and sports fan, and she is known for her creative and funny out-of-office messages. Passionate about animal welfare, she played a pivotal role in passing local legislation in 2017 to strengthen animal protection laws. With her diverse experience, dedication, and creativity, Kelsey offers a well-rounded perspective, delivering exceptional results for her clients with every transaction.
