Jack Lawrence

Jack Lawrence is a Director of Sales & Leasing with Capital Rivers Commercial in the Sacramento office, specializing in industrial sales and leasing, land sales and leasing, site selection, and commercial real estate throughout the Sacramento region.

He began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap’s El Segundo office in Southern California, where Jack built a strong foundation in investment advisory. Early on, he developed a disciplined approach to underwriting and client representation. He later shifted his focus to development and redevelopment while working with a private fund in Culver City that specialized in industrial and flex properties. As Acquisitions Director at WPE, he evaluated opportunities from a principal’s perspective and worked closely on strategic growth initiatives. Through these roles, Jack gained experience on both the brokerage and ownership sides of the industry. As a result, he approaches every assignment with the mindset of a developer, principal, and broker, allowing him to guide clients with a well-rounded and strategic perspective. In addition, he takes pride in building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout each stage of a project.

Outside of work, Jack is a member of NAIOP Sacramento Valley Chapter and remains active in the local commercial real estate community. When he is not advising clients, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time on the lake racing boats. Most importantly, he values time with his family and appreciates the balance that Sacramento offers between professional opportunity and an active lifestyle.
