Questions related to the merger:
Haedrich joined Capital Rivers Commercial because the companies shared similar values and visions. It was an opportunity to tap into a larger network and provide an even greater level of service to existing and new clients.
Existing clients can expect to receive the same commitment and attention they have received for the past 40 years. The benefit is now the Haedrich Group will be able to focus even more attention on clients, marketing efforts will be increased providing additional exposure of client properties, and the Redding office will also now be able to offer property management services as well. The Haedrich Group via. Capital Rivers Commercial is also now part Realty Resources which is a unique alliance of independent commercial real estate brokerage firms from across the nation. The firms are all well established and well known in the retail real estate industry, enjoying dominance in their respective trade areas. This gives us the edge in providing invaluable assistance to all of the clients we proudly serve.
There won’t be any impact to any existing contracts or agreements.
All current contacts and representatives will remain the same, including the phone numbers. The only noticeable changes will be the email addresses, the branding and some back-end office support will be handled out of the main Sacramento office.
Like any major change there is a transition period, so we anticipate it will take about six months to fully transition over to the Capital Rivers platform.
The merger will provide broader exposure of client’s properties, increase marketing activity, provide clients with market reports and data, provide access to national and regional clients expanding in Sacramento prior to moving up to the Redding market, and we can now offer property management services in the Redding market. CRC is also an active member of multiple organizations including ICSC, ACRE, CREW, Team California, IREM, and many others.
Long-term we are looking at finding ways to continue to improve our level of service, market intelligence, and continue to add value for our clients; however, we will never sacrifice our values and culture.
